On May 20, 2025, Hebei Lixin Medical Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the "Concession Operation of Oxygen Supply Guarantee Project for Cadres and Employees in Markam County, Tibet" with a bid amount of 155,562,787.76 yuan. Currently, the project has entered the smooth equipment delivery phase.

Markam County is located in the eastern part of the Tibet Autonomous Region, with an average altitude exceeding 4,000 meters.
